The Peak Fitness centre has been designed to be a welcoming space for both everyday fitness and high performance training. Jimmy, Pat and the team are passionate about helping each and every one of our members to achieve their fitness goals. We always provide a personal touch and we are there to help you at every step of the way, keeping you on track and ensuring that you’re always making The Right Move.

The Gym

Peter GroganIn the fitness suite we have a large range of equipment including cross trainers, bikes, treadmills and rowers.

The gym also has a high performance area where we train teams, hold classes and where individuals can do more high performance training like circuits, boxing, skipping and weights.

What to expect when you join the Peak Fitness gym:Strength and Conditioning

We conduct an initial assessment to get a sense of your general fitness level.

 We design a fitness programme tailored specifically for you, one that targets the areas you need it to.

 We devise a nutrition plan tailored individually to your requirements with the assistance of a qualified Nutritionist.

 We get you started on the path to physical and psychological fitness!

And if that’s not reason enough to join, 3 month membership is only €60!
