We also offer a wide range of fitness classes for every level including strength and cardio sessions to full-body conditioning.

 

For our younger members, we run kick-boxing classes for kids, while our Over 60s class provides a safe, supportive environment to stay active, build confidence, and maintain or improve fitness.
