Workout to knock out boredom and blast fat all over with punching, kicking and high Impact exercises burning calories while getting stronger and more flexible. The cardio-conditioning element of kick-boxing is one of the most effective ways to burn fat

Training is one of our most popular forms of conditioning fitness classes .It can be done with or without weights. Cardio, strength based or mix of both. It consists of a number of ultra-high-intensity exercises usually 20-seconds-on,10-seconds-off basis. However at Peak Fitness we sometimes put our own slant on the class and change formats and times to keep you challenge. No time to get bored in this class.

Kettlebells

A ball shaped weights with handles and come in a variety of weights. Most of the exercises with kettlebells force your body to lose its balance. In order to keep the balance, several core muscles act collectively. These core stabilization exercises train muscles efficiently and are used by all ages and abilities to combine cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance training.

Relentless training designed to be no longer than 24 minutes. Working out to your maximum effort, you are encouraged not to hold back whilst training and leave all your effort out there in the exercise bouts; there is no pacing everything is done to failure, burn fat, increase muscle mass, improve movement patterns, and strengthen cardio vascular fitness.

Boxing & Bells

A heart pumping combo of boxing fit, kettlebells and abs class all in one. Kettlebell: the shape of the kettlebells force your body to lose its balance. In order to keep the balance, several core muscles act collectively. These core stabilization exercises train muscles efficiently and are used by all ages and abilities to combine cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance training. Boxing side of the class is a real stress buster class with a combination of boxing techniques, the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems ensures that you get a diverse workout.
