CLASSES

No Repeat

Intensity: High

A boredom-busting, no repeats exercise workout. A full body strength training and cardio based workout (weights sometimes used). Sweat through 20 + full body
exercises completed in timed intervals. You don’t repeat any exercises in this workout.

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

Full Body Circuit
Intensity: Low - High

Resistance based total body conditioning class, developing strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and co-ordination utilizing a variety of exercises in a circuit based workout. You decide the pace in the workout as you focus on improving your fitness level.

Class Duration: 45 Minutes

Strength & Tone
Intensity: Low - Medium
Class combines strength exercises using weights and bodyweight exercises to tone the overall body
Class Duration: 30 Minutes

Body Toning

Intensity: Low

A low impact, mostly floorwork toning class that will work your entire body. Your bodyweight as well as equipment will be used “tighten and tone” your body head to toe.

HIIT Your Peak Cardio Blast

Intensity: High

Endurance fitness based class to help overall fitness. 'Reach your Peak' and don’t give up, fast pace, get sweaty, intense workout that will really get you fit, burn fat and lift your energy. Challenging and fun, running may be involved (weather permitting).

Duration: 30 Minutes

HIIT & Lift

Intensity: Medium

Barbell or Dumbbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get  lean, toned and fit. Improving your muscles ultimately increases your metabolism, and can  help you continue burning calories long after the class has finished. 

Class Duration: 35 Minutes

HIIT & Abs

Intensity: Medium

This workout is a true excuse buster; don't need any equipment although optional in some cases, all it takes is 35 minutes including your warm up and cool down and  there are advanced and low impact modifications all throughout.

Box Fitness

Intensity: High

Combination of boxing and exercises in a great fun, stress free environment to  suit everyone. The use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems ensures that you get a  diverse workout. Classes are fun, energetic and addictive.

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

Kickbox Fitness

Intensity: High

Workout to knock out boredom and blast fat all over with punching, kicking  and high Impact exercises burning calories while getting stronger and more flexible. The  cardio-conditioning element of kick-boxing is one of the most effective ways to burn fat

Tabata
Intensity: High
Training is one of our most popular forms of conditioning fitness classes .It can be  done with or without weights. Cardio, strength based or mix of both. It consists of a number of ultra-high-intensity exercises usually 20-seconds-on,10-seconds-off basis. However at Peak Fitness we sometimes put our own slant on the class and change formats and times to keep you challenge. No time to get bored in this class.

Kettlebells

Intensity: Medium

A ball shaped weights with handles and come in a variety of weights. Most of the  exercises with kettlebells force your body to lose its balance. In order to keep the balance,  several core muscles act collectively. These core stabilization exercises train muscles  efficiently and are used by all ages and abilities to combine cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance training.

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

RT24
Intensity: High
Relentless training designed to be no longer than 24 minutes. Working out to your  maximum effort, you are encouraged not to hold back whilst training and leave all your  effort out there in the exercise bouts; there is no pacing everything is done to failure, burn fat, increase muscle mass, improve movement patterns, and strengthen cardio vascular fitness.

Boxing & Bells

Intensity: High

A heart pumping combo of boxing fit, kettlebells and abs class all in one.  Kettlebell: the shape of the kettlebells force your body to lose its balance. In order to keep  the balance, several core muscles act collectively. These core stabilization exercises train muscles efficiently and are used by all ages and abilities to combine cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance training. Boxing side of the class is a real stress buster class with a combination of boxing techniques, the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems ensures that  you get a diverse workout.

Class Duration: 40 Minutes

Penalty Box

Intensity: High

The Penalty Box uses four squares to take the place of an agility ladder and  easily folds into a hurdle. Complete overall workout with endless exercises while maximising space and pushing you to your limits.

Class Duration: 30 Minutes
